1. Introduction

Welcome to Siks Studio, a motion design studio registered under Fleeek Media LLC in Miami, Florida. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully, as they govern your access to and use of our website and services.

2. Services Provided

Siks Studio offers digital marketing and motion design services, including but not limited to animated explainer videos, planning, animation, and post-production services. For detailed information on services provided, please refer to our individual service agreements.

3. Payments

All services provided by Siks Studio require a 50% non-refundable deposit before the start of any project. The remaining balance is due within 72 hours of final delivery of the project. Siks Studio accepts payment by bank transfer, credit card, or other methods as specified in our invoices.

Late Payments

A late fee of $25 per day will be applied for each day past due, up to a maximum of $250.

4. Revisions and Additional Services

We provide two rounds of revisions for each deliverable group in any given project. Additional revisions may be requested and will be charged at $125/hour. Any additional services not originally agreed upon will be quoted separately.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Either party may cancel the service agreement with a 30-day written notice. In the event of cancellation, payment for work completed up to the date of cancellation will be due on a pro-rata basis. The 50% deposit is non-refundable, even in cases of cancellation.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, all deliverables will be transferred to the client as “Work Made for Hire,” granting the client all rights to the work. Siks Studio retains the right to use unused compositions, sketches, and other work for future projects or for self-promotion purposes.

7. Privacy and Data Collection

Siks Studio collects basic payment information for billing purposes only. We do not share or sell your personal information. For more details, please refer to our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

8. Limitation of Liability

Siks Studio’s liability for any claim arising out of the services provided is limited to the amount paid for the services. We are not liable for any indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, even if advised of such possibilities.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from the use of Siks Studio’s services will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

10. Modifications to Terms

Siks Studio reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Continued use of our services following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
